This opportunity is based in our spacious London HQ located in the bustling St Paul’s area, in the City of London. The office overlooks St Paul’s Cathedral and is surrounded by great places to eat and drink, shop, or work out.

The Opportunity:

  • Prime Account: Step into a well-established account averaging £100k, with an average of 2 offers per month.
  • High Earning Potential: Enjoy lucrative fees averaging £14-16k and high value terms.
  • Unmatched Market Potential: Tap into the relatively untapped French tech market, primarily focusing on Paris. This is a hot seat 360 role with immense growth potential.
  • Leadership and Growth: Opportunity to build and manage your own niche in data, AI, DevOps, Cloud Architects, and Tech Leads.
  • Diverse and Inclusive Culture: Join a diverse team with members from various nationalities including French, Greek, Spanish, and English. This is a team built from scratch with a lot of tenure, offering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

What are we looking for?

  • French Speaker at Native or Business level.
  • Proven track-record of success building a self-running recruitment desk in a niche tech sector - emerging tech preferred.
  • Sales and recruitment experience required.
  • A desire for in-office presence.
  • A self-motivated, self-starter attitude with the ability to identify and create new opportunities alongside our global top billing colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
