The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to support our continued our dominance within the Clean Energy, specifically CleanTech market.
This is a true 360 role, owning both business development and delivery, with the autonomy to shape the market, define the strategy, and scale a desk aligned to client demand.
You’ll leverage Piper Maddox’s strong reputation across Sustainability, CleanTech, and New Fuels, while working closely with established global coverage and consulting capabilities already delivering into major programmes across Europe and North America.

The Role – Principal Recruitment Consultant (CleanTech)
As a Principal Consultant, you will:

Join the most established brand, largest division within the New York office

Operate as a full 360 consultant, from BD through to placement
-
Build long-term client partnerships across Renewable Energy, EV & investments into Solar, Wind, Storage etc.

Collaborate globally with the Group's largest brand and provide cross sell opportunities with Miami, Austin & LA.

Shape a desk with a clear pathway to team build and leadership as the divison growths through our entry level academies
Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Open and grow new client relationships within the Cleantech and broader Renewables ecosystem

Position Piper Maddox as a trusted partner across unicorn start ups to household enterpirse clients
Delivery
-
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior to c-suite permanent roles

Deliver high-quality candidate experiences and consultative shortlists
Market Ownership

Develop deep market knowledge across niche technical and commerical profiles

Act as a subject-matter expert for clients and internal stakeholders
- Build your own personal brand, through socials, networking and staying atune to market trends
Team Growth

Support and mentor future entry level hires as the team / division expands

Degree educationed or 5+ recruitment
