At LHi, we’re always looking ahead, scanning the horizon for opportunity, listening to our people, and backing big ideas. That’s why we’re thrilled to share two exciting strategic shifts happening within our European business, both of which represent a bold step forward in our global expansion plans.

 

Expanding our brand presence in Bristol.

Our Bristol office has long been a hub of innovation and growth, and we’re proud to announce the addition of our Harper Harrison brand. This expansion builds on our existing success in the infrastructure space and reinforces the team's deep sector knowledge, where the demand for specialist talent remains incredibly strong.


Importantly, this idea was first pitched through our internal Think Tank initiative. This was designed to give consultants a voice in shaping the business and reflects our belief that innovation doesn’t just come from the top, but from empowering people at every level to bring forward bold, commercial ideas that drive the business forward.


This move also marks a significant moment for our regional office, as Bristol Office Leader Tom Clarke comments: “Adding another brand to our Bristol office is a strategic move, giving our excellent leaders the opportunities to develop their careers and to engage in new high-growth markets,” he says. “It’s a hugely positive step for us locally in Bristol and across the global group.”  This growth not only reinforces LHi’s presence in key global markets but demonstrates our ability to scale with purpose, investing in the right people, the right brands, and the right regions.

SciPro expands life sciences reach across Munich and Berlin

Meanwhile, in Germany, we’re excited to announce the further expansion of our SciPro brand into both Munich and Berlin, two of Europe’s leading life sciences hubs. The move comes in response to extensive market research and increasing client demand in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare sectors. “The decision to expand our SciPro brand across both Munich and Berlin is aimed at creating not only more, but also bigger opportunities for our leaders to grow their business units,” said Dan Perkins, Head of our Munich office. “On top of this, it allows us to attract the right talent to support our growth across two of Germany’s largest cities.” This expansion is a natural evolution of our presence in Germany and a testament to our ability to respond to market trends while empowering our people to take ownership of their career trajectories.
