LHi Group ranked as a Top 100 Company recognised for exceptional employee sentiment and satisfaction

Newsweek today announced its 2025 Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces®, developed in partnership with Most Loved Workplace®, a division of Best Practice Institute (BPI). LHi Group was proudly ranked among the Top 100 on this prestigious list, which highlights companies around the world where employees truly love where they work.

Now in its third year, the Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces® list is based on research from BPI’s Love of Workplace Index®, drawing on data from more than two million employees worldwide. Companies recognised have demonstrated a remarkable commitment to fostering cultures rooted in trust, purpose, respect, and connection, regardless of size, industry, or location.

“We are honoured to once again be named a Global Most Loved Workplace® by Newsweek,” said Jim Denning, CEO of LHi Group. “'Stardust' is the feeling you get when you walk into an LHi office (no matter where you are in the world) and how it instantly brings a smile to your face.

It’s the stories of people achieving growth, development, and success, sometimes beyond what they realised they were capable of, and then watching everyone celebrate that person with genuine happiness. That’s what will always make LHi special for me.”

The ranking is informed by employee perspectives in five key areas:

  1. How positive employees feel about their future at the company
  2. Career achievement
  3. Alignment of employer values with employee values
  4. Respect at all levels
  5. Collaboration

Additional factors such as diversity and belonging, leadership, and learning and development were also considered in relation to these core sentiment drivers.

“As we mark five years of recognising the world’s Most Loved Workplaces®, it’s an honour to spotlight companies that place employee well-being at the centre of their workplace cultures,” said Jennifer H. Cunningham, Newsweek’s Global Editor in Chief. “In today’s rapidly changing world, this year’s list reflects a growing global shift toward human-centred leadership as a key driver of resilience and success.”

“This year’s Global Most Loved Workplaces® show what’s possible when leaders turn employee sentiment into business strategy,” said Louis Carter, Founder and CEO of Most Loved Workplace® and the Best Practice Institute. “From trust to purpose to collaboration, these companies are using data-driven insights to build cultures people don’t want to leave. This year’s Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces® showcase how leading with love, trust, and alignment drives performance, loyalty, and lasting impact. We’re proud to work with Newsweek to highlight their achievements on a global stage.”
