LHi Group ranked #35 among the UK’s Most Loved Workplaces®, recognised for its culture, employee growth, and retention.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL | January 2 2025 - Most Loved Workplace® has announced the 2025 UK’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces®, celebrating organisations across the country where employees feel valued, connected, and empowered to grow. As part of the 2025 rankings, LHi Group placed #35, positioning us among the UK companies setting the benchmark for human-centred workplace culture.

The annual list recognises employers that go beyond offering jobs, instead creating environments where people are energised by meaningful work and supported to thrive, both professionally and personally.

For LHi Group, being included in the 2025 rankings reflects the culture our teams have built together across the UK, one centred on trust, collaboration, and long-term development.

Why LHi Group stands out

Across the UK, expectations of work continue to evolve. People are seeking purpose, flexibility, growth, and belonging, and the 2025 UK Most Loved Workplaces® highlight organisations responding to that shift.

At LHi Group, collaboration is embedded in how we work, develop, and succeed together. Career development is treated as an ongoing investment, supported by trust, mobility, and long-term progression. Well-being is built into how teams work, rather than positioned as a perk or initiative.

“This recognition once again strengthens our dedication to fostering a culture where everyone feels appreciated and motivated to excel.” said Mike Bott, co-CEO of LHi Group. “Our people are at the core of all our successes.”

Ben Richardson, co-CEO of LHi Group, added: “It’s always an honour and a great achievement to be recognised as one of UK’s most loved workplace’s. It is a testament to the culture and people first approach that we live and breathe by.”

How the rankings were determined

The 2025 UK’s Most Loved Workplaces® rankings are based on direct feedback from employees. Research was carried out by Best Practice Institute (BPI) using the Love of Workplace Index®, alongside sentiment analysis to understand how people genuinely experience their workplace.

The research looks at areas such as connection, collaboration, respect, alignment with values, and overall job satisfaction. Feedback is gathered across organisations of different sizes and sectors, supported by leadership interviews to provide wider context.

This approach ensures the rankings reflect real employee experience, rather than policies or promises, giving a clear, independent view of workplace culture.
