LHi Group’s US Offices Certified as a Great Place to Work® for the Fifth Consecutive Year
LHi Group’s US offices have once again been officially certified as a Great Place to Work®, marking the fifth consecutive year the business has achieved this recognition across its New York, Los Angeles, Austin and Miami teams.
The Great Place to Work® Certification is awarded based on independent, confidential employee feedback gathered through the Trust Index™ Survey. Grounded in more than 30 years of research into workplace culture, the Great Place To Work Model™ evaluates key drivers of employee experience, including trust in leadership, respect, fairness and camaraderie. In short, it reflects how employees genuinely experience their workplace.
This year’s results reinforce that strength of sentiment.
- 94% of employees said they can be themselves at LHi.
- 94% said people here genuinely care about one another.
- 96% described LHi as a fun place to work.
- 95% said special events and milestones are celebrated.
Together, these figures reflect a strong sense of belonging across our US teams.
Achieving Certification five years in a row demonstrates that our culture is not driven by short-term initiatives but embedded in how we operate and how our people experience the business every day. So, what does that look like in practice?
A culture built on ownership, support and balance
At LHi, performance and culture are closely connected.
Support is built into the way we operate. Through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), employees have access to confidential guidance across wellbeing, financial advice and personal challenges. When people feel supported, they are able to perform at their best.
Ownership is another defining feature of our structure. As an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), every team member has a stake in the company’s success. That shared model encourages accountability, ambition and collaboration, ensuring growth is collective.
We also recognise that long-term success requires balance. Early finish Fridays and two extended lunch breaks each week create space to recharge, reinforcing that sustained performance depends on energy and wellbeing.
Inclusion Through LHi-IN
Inclusion is a core part of our culture. Our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, LHi-IN, is driven by employee-led communities focused on strengthening representation and support across the business.
Each community focuses on a specific area of experience, helping ensure different perspectives are recognised and valued. These include:
- HEADSTART – Supporting professionals in the early stages of their careers.
- CAN – Celebrating neurodiversity and empowering different perspectives.
- WIN – Supporting the hiring and development of women within the business.
- PACE – Providing a safe environment for those with dependants.
- SEE – Focusing on sustainability, environmental and ethical responsibility.
- POWER – Driving a proud and inclusive workplace for LGBTQ+ employees in recruitment.
- MIND – Supporting employee mental health.
- ROOTS – Promoting cultural diversity across our workforce.
Each community is led by representatives in both the UK/Europe and the US, helping maintain visibility and consistency across regions.
Together, they contribute to an environment where people feel supported, heard and valued.
Employee benefits and recognition at LHi Group
Recognition at LHi is reflected in how we celebrate commitment and achievement over time.
After three years, employees receive an additional week of holiday. After five years, the LHi Passport covers flights and accommodation to work from one of our global offices. After ten years, The Gift of Time offers a choice between a luxury watch or a one-month paid sabbatical to mark a decade with the business.
Performance is also rewarded twice a year through all-expenses-paid incentive trips. From Croatia to St. Lucia and beyond, these experiences acknowledge the drive and consistency that move the business forward.
These benefits reinforce our long-term investment in the people who shape our success.
A continued commitment
Being certified as a Great Place to Work® for the fifth consecutive year is something we’re proud of, but more importantly, it reflects the environment our people have helped create.
We will continue to invest in a workplace where performance is expected, support is available, milestones are recognised and individuality is respected. That’s what the certification represents. And that’s what we’re committed to building every day.
