The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join the Key Accounts team at Lawrence Harvey in New York.
This role focuses on owning and expanding strategic client partnerships across the technology market, delivering high-impact hiring solutions into organisations already partnered with LHi Group.
Rather than starting from scratch, you’ll inherit established relationships with high-growth technology businesses, giving you immediate access to live hiring demand across AI, software engineering, data and digital transformation.
It’s a role built for recruiters who enjoy deep partnership, complex hiring challenges and scaling client relationships.
You’ll act as a trusted talent partner, supporting some of the most innovative organisations in the technology market while building significant revenue through long-term account growth.

The Role – Principal Consultant (Key Accounts)
As a Principal Consultant you will:

Partner with existing strategic technology clients, delivering hiring solutions across multiple teams and functions

Manage high-value recruitment projects across software engineering, AI, data and digital transformation
-
Grow and expand accounts through consultative partnership and talent advisory
-
Collaborate with global teams across North America and Europe
-
Play a key role in scaling key client relationships as the business continues to grow
-
Opportunity to work cross functionally into MedTech, CleanTech and AgTech
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Development

Strengthen and expand relationships with existing enterprise and high-growth technology clients

Identify opportunities to increase hiring scope and expand service offerings
Delivery Excellence

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialist technical roles

Deliver consultative hiring solutions and high-quality candidate experiences
Market Expertise

Build deep understanding of technology hiring trends across AI, engineering, data and digital transformation
Team Growth

Support expansion and mentor junior consultants as the division grows

5+ years recruitment experience

Strong experience delivering into technology markets
