The Opportunity

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Digital Health, you'll operate as a trusted advisor to innovative organisations across the healthcare technology ecosystem.

This is a true 360 recruitment role, combining business development, strategic account management and specialist talent delivery.

You'll be responsible for:

• Building and developing long-term relationships with clients across Digital Health.
• Winning new business through consultative conversations.
• Managing retained and consultancy-led assignments.
• Developing market intelligence and becoming a recognised expert within your niche.
• Advising clients on talent strategy and market trends.
• Partnering with candidates throughout their career journey.
• Growing accounts through exceptional service and trusted relationships.
