The Opportunity
SciPro Berlin is looking for an experienced Team Lead to take ownership of and further develop a high-performing Permanent Recruitment team within the Life Sciences market.
You will inherit an established team, remain hands-on in the market, and work closely with senior leadership to continue driving one of SciPro’s strongest-performing European offices.
This role combines leadership, delivery and personal billing, with a clear succession pathway into Senior Leadership / Divisional Lead roles.
Your Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a Permanent Recruitment team within the Life Sciences sector.

Remain actively involved in the market (Business Development, client engagement and placements).

Grow existing client accounts and develop new business across Pharma, Biotech and MedTech markets.

Hire, onboard and develop high-performing recruitment consultants.

Drive team performance through coaching, accountability and leading from the front.

Partner with senior leadership on market strategy, growth planning and team expansion.

Your Profile

Proven success within agency recruitment.

Experience leading, coaching or managing recruiters.

Strong track record in Permanent Recruitment (Life Sciences preferred but not essential).

Strong Business Development and Account Management capability.

Hands-on approach – you remain active in the market.

Ambition to progress into Senior Leadership.

Strong communication, commercial awareness and team leadership skills.
