LHi Group shine as top 100 Most Loved Workplaces in US & UK rankings 2023
Newsweek recently announced their highly anticipated annual rankings for the US and UK's Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® list.
LHi Group proudly claims the #44 spot in the UK and #46 in the US among the elite 100 Companies Acknowledged for Exceptional Employee Sentiment and Satisfaction.
This recognition has been achieved through a partnership with the Best Practice Institute (BPI), a leading organisation in leadership development and benchmark research.
These rankings celebrate companies that have meticulously crafted workplaces where employees feel valued, motivated, and cherished, placing them squarely at the heart of their business.
Nancy Cooper, the Global Editor in Chief at Newsweek mentions "In an era of dynamic workforces and fierce competition for top talent, more and more companies are recognising the paramount significance of employee engagement and dedication. The workplaces that have shown unwavering commitment to their employees in 2023 are not only more likely to attract top-tier talent but also poised for resounding success."
The key areas included in the analysis are based on how well companies demonstrate the areas within the Spark Model as defined by BPI including Systemic Collaboration, Positive Vision of the Future, Alignment of values, Respect, and Killer Achievement. How engaged employees are, how positive they feel about their workplace, and how committed they are to the organisation’s success were all identified and analysed to classify the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces in both the UK and the US.
Jim Denning, CEO of LHi Group, commented, "At LHi, our culture has always been our North Star, guiding us towards creating a workplace where every LHi'er can thrive. We place the highest priority on fostering an environment where collaboration, respect, and inclusivity flourish. It's truly heartwarming to see that we have been recognised for this, and it only fuels our commitment to maintaining a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired”
How were the Top 100 companies for this prestigious list determined?
To identify the top 100 companies for the Newsweek ranking, companies were evaluated and scored as follows:
- 35% of the initial score was based on employee survey responses;
- 25% was derived from analysis of external public ratings from sites such as Comparably, Careerbliss, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Google;
- Lastly, 40% came from direct interviews with and written responses from company officials.
Newsweek then conducted additional research into every company on the list, as well as the top runners-up, to determine the final list of 100 companies and their ranking. (The list includes both U.S. and UK firms and companies with a strong U.S. and UK. presence that is based overseas.)
