The Opportunity

With the backing of a well-established US platform and a strong global brand in Lawrence Harvey, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing Technology recruitment team and scale it further.

You’ll inherit a team of five experienced recruiters who are already outperforming their competitors. Every individual has qualified for the last three lunch clubs across LA and New York — a clear reflection of consistency, performance, and strong market positioning.

This is not a turnaround role. It’s about building on something that’s already working — bringing structure, direction, and energy to scale the team to the next level.

LA - This opportunity is based in our Santa Monica, LA office. A stone’s throw from the beach, the office is in the heart of downtown Santa Monica, allowing for short cycle / skateboard commutes down the oceanfront walk. Sitting parallel to 3rd street promenade, there is ample parking accessibility. 

Key Responsibilities 

– Leading, developing, and growing a team of 5 high-performing 360 recruiters
– Driving performance while maintaining a collaborative, no-ego culture
– Actively expanding the client base while growing and developing existing accounts
– Driving team revenue and leading from the front on high-value deals
– Scaling headcount and expanding into new tech verticals
– Supporting on key accounts and setting the commercial strategy for growth

 

What We’re Looking For

– Proven experience managing successful recruitment teams
– Background in Technology or technical recruitment markets
– Strong billing track record and ability to lead from the front
– Experience scaling teams and improving performance
– Someone who can add value without overcomplicating what already works
