This is a leadership role to own, scale, and lead one of Piper Maddox’s (Renewables) division in Los Angeles. Backed by one of the most established employee-owned recruitment platforms globally, you’ll inherit momentum, credibility, and retained client relationships — and have full autonomy to build a high-performing EPC team aligned to some of the largest renewable infrastructure programmes in the US.

The Role

As a Leader, you will:

  • Lead and scale the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) recruitment offering

  • Develop and execute the divisional growth strategy

  • Build, mentor, and manage recruiters and managers

  • Drive senior-level, retained EPC client relationships

  • Own revenue, KPIs, and market expansion

  • Act as a market leader for Piper Maddox across the US Renewables space

 


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in agency recruitment, ideally EPC / Engineering / Renewables

  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams

  • Strong business development and account ownership skills

  • Experience managing managers

  • Commercial, strategic, and people-first leadership style
