SciPro is a specialist Life Sciences recruitment business operating across MedTech, Pharma, and Clinical markets. We’re a high-growth, people-first business with a strong presence across the US and Europe, supporting some of the most complex and regulated industries with expert talent solutions.
New York Office
New York is the largest of our four US offices, we have an entire floor, in the heart of FiDi (Financial District) Manhattan, around the corner from Fulton Street Station, which is perfectly positioned for commuters from Brooklyn, Jersey and Manhattan. The office is surrounded by all the amenities you could need and boasts enviable views of Brooklyn Bridge and One World Trade to name a few.
Key Responsibilities
– Run a 360 Perm desk across high-demand Life Sciences markets
– Win and grow relationships with leading Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech clients
– Generate new business through a proactive, market-led approach
– Deliver high-value contract placements across niche, candidate-short areas
– Contribute to the growth and expansion of a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
– 3+ years of 360 agency recruitment experience in STEM markets
– Proven business development / new client wins
– Track record as a top performer / biller
– Genuine interest in Life Science markets
– Confidence in building a personal brand and market presence
